Shipping

Orders are typically dispatched either same or next business day. Please allow slightly longer processing times during peak periods.

We ship from both NZ and Australia. Your order will most likely be shipped from the same country as your delivery address. If we do not have stock of your item in your delivery country, International Shipping rates will apply (note: if this is the case, you will be notified on the Product Page automatically).

New Zealand

North Island delivery timeframe is 1-2 days from dispatch, and South Island delivery timeframe is 2 - 3 days from dispatch. If you are Rural please allow an extra day or two for delivery. 

Shipping rates start at $5 for North Island and $10 for South Island. We use New Zealand Couriers. Oversized orders will incur additional shipping fees.

Australia

Shipping rates start at $10 when shipping to Australian addresses (if the item is available in our Australian location). We use Aramex Couriers, and time frames vary when sending from our Sydney warehouse depending on your delivery location (between 1-4 business days).

Shipping rates start at $20 when shipping to Australia from our New Zealand warehouse. We use NZ Post and Aus Post. Delivery time frames vary depending on delivery location and general postal volumes (between 6 -12 business days).
